Nova Deko Modular was approached by a Swedish client with a vision to create sustainable and affordable student accommodation. This was one of our first multi-stacked projects in Scandinavia and consisted of over 130 individual modular pods. As one of the first developments of its kind, the project presented several engineering challenges, which our R&D team successfully overcame. All modules were installed within an impressive two-week period. Designed as a transitional housing solution, the building was intended to remain in place for eight years before being dismantled, allowing the modules to be reused or relocated in line with circular economy principles.
